We start our day with a hotshot of vitamins and a dynamic flow that will invite you to tune into your body and mind with playfullness and curiosity

The 2nd practice of the day is a restoring session where we move slowly to get into a more relaxed state - a practice integrating meditation and breath work. This helps promote relaxation and healing turning down the parasympathetic system and rebalance the body and mind. In an active relaxation, we help reset the body using props to create positions of ease and comfort that facilitate relaxation and optimum health.
