Its so easy to get caught up in the grind of our everyday routine. Life  is busy and we are always rushing from one thing to the next and perhaps left feeling disconnected from what's going on inside. The truth is that we are all going through something, a broken heart, a change of circumstance, loss of a loved one, stress from work, aging parents, perhaps healing from past trauma or a maybe a bit of all the above.

Healing is such a paradox with it always leading us back to the present moment. No matter what happened in the past, no matter what the future holds, you can always begin where you are.

This retreat is designed to nourish and tune in, slow down and recharge. We are all so busy  that we barely take enough time to check in with ourselves. The day is to help you recover and to return to the very essence of your natural spirit. Its a day for you to heal and rejuvenate with yoga, healing sound therapy, walking meditation in the forest, delicious Gujrati food by Kajals Kitchen.

The venue is set in a tranquil haven and only an hour from London or 45 min on the train from Kings Cross Snt Pancreas. It has such beauty surrounded by rolling fields and picturesque scenery, and all while meeting some wonderful like minded people.

You will feel inspired, wholesome and nurtured as we recharge. This is a perfect opportunity for healing, self exploration and nurturing the soul in nature.

An escape from the day-to-day in a beautiful setting. with wonderful forests and grounds. The house was the perfect back-drop for the morning's yoga session. I loved the precious time to reconnect with my senses and try to unwind during a particularly worrying and stressful stage in my life.

Kate,

Hemel

I’m not sure what I was expecting as this was my first one, but I loved it, from the way you were, to the others there, to the food, to the sessions, to the gift bag, to the location and just having that time by myself and quality time with my brother

Arti,

London

The day went beyond what I expected/hoped for. The yoga was challenging yet so calming, the food was outstanding and copious and I loved the walk, which was an unexpected treat

It was a beautiful setting, wonderful gardens, buildings and statues.

Bela,

Edgware

About Bernie

I am a qualified and fully insured British School of yoga teacher that loves all aspects of movement, sport and nutrition.

My goal is always to empower and to share practical ideas to help you be the architect of your own health and happiness.

Before having kids, I dipped in and out of yoga for years but it wasn’t until I had children that I really fell in love with the practice.

I guess I was looking for a new way of connecting to my new body and responsibility as a mom. Yoga did just that for me, like an old friend who knew me better than I did at the time. I qualified as a teacher in 2015 just before my second child’s arrival. I naively thought I was going to set up my business while on maternity with 2 small ones. Well you can imagine how that went…

I took the full leap after a colleague and friends death. He is sadly missed, a great guy who would do anything for anyone. I lost my dad when I was 18 but this impacted me differently, instead of being angry, it shaped a new path searching for that deeper sense of purpose in helping people with their own healing and transformation.

I lost my brother to Covid and it leaves a devastating impact.  The truth is we take our mortality for granted so I want to stay grateful for my loved ones and live life to the fullest potential and to help those I can.

I am by no means perfect but I feel like I've always been a spiritual warrior that loves a sense of play and balance. I love meeting people with a passion for life,

I love real people, story tellers.
