Dolce Sol (Sweet Sun) Yoga Retreat takes place in Gallipoli, a small charming coastal town rich in history that offers you a sanctuary from the busy world. Here you create well-deserved time to nourish your body, calm your senses, relax your mind and awaken your spirit. Spend your days indulging in blissful yoga classes, fresh  cooked Italian food, treat yourself to a massage, read a book, trip to the castle or take an afternoon nap,  hire a bicycle or car and explore the stunning surroundings and beaches. And there are some beautiful beaches here.

Dedicate some me time to reflect on your life, goals and dreams and attune to the quiet inner voice that gives your life purpose and direction. Relinquish the hustle and bustle of daily life to make space for practices that connects you back to whats important.

OUR HOME FROM HOME IS

A STUNNING FAMILY BOUTIQUE HOTEL

Our home for 4 days is a beautiful family run 4 star hotel not far from Gallipoli town centre  surrounded by pines, lemon and olive tree Its a peaceful, tropical quiet sanctuary in the middle of nature with a beautiful beach close by with transparent waters and bustling marina

 

Only 20 minute walk from the town centre, its the perfect opportunity to de-stress, unwind, relax, and re energise as you connect healing power of the sea, sun and nature. A perfect place to deepen your yoga and meditation and unfurl from the everyday stress of modern life.

Morning dynamic yoga session with meditation, breath work and inversions mini workshops 

Time for yourself,  to just be – to swim, go to the beach, finally have time to read that good book, treat yourself to a gelato,  or simply sleep. Your time to reflect and disconnect.​

Optional excursion include a boat trip, wine and oil tasting, beach day and time to smooch around some local shops.

  • 5 nights’ accommodation based on two people sharing a twin/ double en-suite room or single occupancy in double room for privacy.

  • Transfers to and from the airport (based on arriving and departing around the same times as the flights detailed below).

  • Yoga sessions twice a day except for arrival and leaving day -

About me

I'm a 500 Hr Advanced Registered yoga teacher that loves to empower through movement, breath and meditation. I'm a big fan of the beauty and power of the mind and body. Im a creative soul and I have always been spiritual. It wasn't till I had children that I really found myself wanting to share the practice with others. I firmly believe that most of us need tools to help with modern day living. After my two lively and wonderful children came, I felt disconnected to my body and life, I love them endlessly but this was a start of a new phase. 

As with many moms tho,  I slowly felt like I was slipping into a pattern of feeling exhausted, lost and resentful.

I felt guilty for these feelings, my babies were my miracles but I just couldn't shake my self doubt, anger and resentment. Through my practice of yoga, my state of mind shifted as my body became stronger , I found that my practice created a calmer, stronger and more grateful self. It brought me back from some dark thoughts. 

 

We all have our own stories and I am honoured to be teaching real people and to be sharing my knowledge and passion with you.

I teach with love for movement and freedom in the body so gratitude, compassion and all the good stuff can be cultivated. Yoga mirrors our personal journey on this planet. I personally want to stay curious, have fun and never stop growing.
