We offer tailored classes run by our expert teachers at times that suit your employees. Lunchtime or early morning sessions, or after the working day. These classes are via facilitated via zoom giving your biggest asset the opportunity to destress and recharge.
Classes can vary from a 20 min stretch and meditation work to a 45 min well rounded class to reduce stress, improve posture and feel refreshed and energised. These can be set up as a weekly session or monthly workshop.
We also provide these as a one off event.
